the hotel boasts really good facilities, i observed helpful staff. their cute approach. i plan a return visit to this excellent accommodation. The overall kindness impressed me.
the hotel charge for breakfast porterage was unexpected. i did not receive the takeaway breakfast in my room. this lack of delivery despite the charge was a notable inconvenience during my departure.

The nice pool area impressed me. It offered amazing palm skyline views creating a serene atmosphere. i also enjoyed the Ginger Moon restaurant, which paired a good culinary experience with an excellent cocktail selection. i had a wonderful stay with excellent services.
The reception area was BUSY. I had to wait a while. the staff did not proactively offer assistance.
